Stephen Dojnia

Chair

Stephen Dojnia serves as Board Chair of ETSF bringing a strong blend of leadership, service, and industry expertise to the organization. A United States Marine Corps veteran, he served as a K-9 handler, developing discipline, teamwork, and mission-focused leadership that continue to guide his work today. He is the owner of both an HVAC company and a construction business, giving him hands-on experience in the skilled trades and a deep understanding of workforce development. Married for 23 years and a proud father of two, Stephen is passionate about creating pathways for young people to build successful, sustainable careers. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors and staying connected to his community.

Todd Murphy

Fundraising Chair/Content Strategist

Todd Murphy serves as Fundraising Chair of ETSF, bringing a strong entrepreneurial spirit and deep experience in the skilled trades. He owns and operates a successful automotive business and previously helped lead the growth and operations of a successful appliance company. With a solid background in heavy equipment and diesel mechanics, Todd understands the value of hands-on training and career-ready education. His leadership and industry connections support the organization’s fundraising efforts and long-term sustainability. A devoted husband and father, he is passionate about fitness and enjoys exercising and teaching youth boxing, reflecting his commitment to discipline, mentorship, and empowering the next generation.

Chris Reagan

Vice Chair

Chris Reagan serves as Vice Chair of ETSF, bringing a strong background in organizational growth, operations, and leadership. He has helped multiple property management companies achieve exponential growth by implementing effective standard operating procedures and strategic actions to sustain long-term success. He currently manages a highly successful property management company, where his focus on accountability and operational excellence continues to drive results. In addition to his business experience, Chris has a background in the medical field, offering a well-rounded perspective on teamwork, precision, and service. He is a devoted husband and father of three and enjoys attending college and high school football games with his family. A proud Longhorn fan, he values community, education, and opportunity for the next generation.

Jonathan Wells

Secretary

Jonathan Wells serves as Secretary of ETSF, bringing extensive hands-on experience in the skilled trades and a strong commitment to education. He is the owner of a profitable electrical company and is a licensed general contractor, home inspector, and septic installer and inspector. Earlier in his career, He worked as a teacher, instructing students in electrical trades, which deepened his passion for mentoring and workforce development. His combined experience as both an educator and business owner provides valuable insight into preparing students for successful, real-world careers. Married and a dedicated parent, He enjoys spending his free time chasing his rambunctious kids and staying actively involved with his family.

Erica Dojnia

Treasurer

Erica Dojnia serves as Treasurer of ETSF, bringing decades of experience in business office management and financial oversight. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed the financial operations of profitable businesses, ensuring accurate billing, accounts receivable, payroll, and coordination with accounting professionals. Her attention to detail and commitment to fiscal responsibility help support the organization’s long-term stability and mission. A dedicated mother of two boys, Erica values education and opportunity and enjoys music and attending live concerts in her free time.
